Odoo engineers answer you, 7 days a week

There’s no bot and no script. A person who knows Odoo reads your message and works on it. On managed hosting you get a first answer within 8 hours, and faster when production is down.

How fast we answer

These times are in our SLA. They count from the moment you send your ticket, on weekdays and weekends.

If your live Odoo is down, say so in your ticket. It goes to the front of the line. “Down” means your live Odoo can’t be used: it won’t load, users can’t log in, or it stops working.

On managed hosting, Odoo is watched all day and restarts on its own if it stops. Often it’s running again before you write to us.

The team

Who answers your ticket

The people who answer run Odoo every day. They read logs, fix failed builds and restore databases. They don’t pass you on to someone else.

Skysize was built by ex-Odoo engineers. Our founder ran Odoo’s tech consulting team in Dubai. We know how Odoo behaves in production, and where it tends to break.

What we help with

Your Odoo won’t start or is down.

We find the cause and get it running again.

A deploy or a module update failed.

We read the build log with you and get production back to working code.

Odoo got slow.

We look at workers, memory and slow queries, and tell you what to change.

You need a backup restored.

To production, to staging, or as a file you can download.

Staging, domains and email.

A new staging copy, your own domain, outgoing mail that doesn’t send.

Your own server.

If our agent or your Odoo stops working, we help you find out why.

What we don’t do

We don’t set up Odoo apps for your business or write custom modules. That’s the work of an Odoo partner or your developer. If you need one, ask us and we’ll point you to someone. Questions about your Odoo Enterprise licence go to Odoo, and we can tell you who to contact.

How to reach us

Open a ticket from your dashboard or on this page.

We answer in English, French, Spanish and Arabic.

Open a ticket →

What to put in your ticket

1The name of your project, and which branch (production or staging)
2What you saw, and when it started
3What changed just before: a deploy, a new module, a new user

Often you won’t need to write

Your dashboard watches your Odoo for known problems and tells you what usually fixes them. If Odoo stops, it restarts on its own. So you can see the problem, and the usual fix, before you’d think to write to us.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is it really a person who answers? +
Yes. An Odoo engineer on our team reads and answers every ticket. There’s no bot in between.
Do you answer on weekends? +
Yes. We answer 7 days a week, and the times above count on weekends too.
What counts as “production is down”? +
Your live Odoo can’t be used: it doesn’t load, users can’t log in, or it stops working. Slow pages, a failed staging build or a question can wait for the normal time.
I use Odoo Enterprise. Who do I ask? +
Ask us about anything to do with hosting: your server, deploys, backups, speed, domains. Questions about how an Odoo app works, or about your licence, go to Odoo’s own support, which comes with your Enterprise licence.
Can I talk to someone before I sign up? +
Yes. Book a call, and an Odoo hosting expert will answer your questions.
