Questions about Odoo hosting

What is managed Odoo hosting? +

Managed Odoo hosting means someone else runs your Odoo for you. They take care of the server, updates, backups, security and alerts. At Skysize, ex-Odoo engineers do that work. You use Odoo and run your business. You never have to log in to a server.

How much does Odoo hosting cost? +

It depends on three things: where Odoo runs, how big the server is, and how many test copies you need. On our cloud you pick a fixed plan. On your own server you pay per project. On-premise is on quote. The pricing page shows prices in your own currency.

Can I host Odoo Community? +

Yes. We host both Odoo Community and Odoo Enterprise, versions 16 to 19. You choose the edition, and we never push you to switch. You can add OCA modules and your own code. Community gets the same backups, test copies, alerts and support as Enterprise.

Can I move from Odoo.sh or from my own server? +

Yes. Send us a backup of your database and files, and connect your code. We bring it up on a test copy first, so you can check that everything works before you switch.

Can I leave Skysize? +

Yes, at any time. You can download a full backup of your database and files whenever you want. It is standard Odoo, so any Odoo host or partner can run it. Nothing ties you to us, and you never have to ask us for your data.

Where is my data hosted? +
